Deposit Policy

To secure an appointment I require a non refundable 50% deposit.
This deposit is essential because when an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I don’t double book, and turn away other clients for that slot.
When an appointment is cancelled or missed, I can’t refill it at short notice. That means I lose income for that day, even though preparation, design time, and admin work have already been done.
The deposit protects my time and allows me to work sustainably and fairly.
If you need to reschedule, I'm always happy to help when given a reasonable 2 weeks notice, but the deposit itself remains non refundable.
